1 Automatic refill of your tokens (TXT key), upon approval, automatically replenishes the account with 20 tokens (TXT keys) when the service fee reaches a low level (4 tokens or less). A credit card is required to be registered for this service.
Warranty support (tablet/tool change), the tool must have been purchased through RemTech Auto Solutions Inc / TeamXtremeTech.com or ISN. Customers are entitled to a replacement of their tablets in case of defects within 5 days. The tool must be up to date with Autel (active annual license) and subject to approval by Autel Company, additional fees apply.
RemTech Auto Solutions Inc / TeamXtremeTech.com is a service/support company that sells instant mechanical and/or computer support* services directly to your tablet, which works on a prepaid credit system (TXT key/token). We are not associated with any particular tool brand. The reason we support/recommend Autel products is that, according to our experience over time, Autel products have the widest coverage and are much better value for money than other tool companies; SnapOn, OTC, Launch, etc. If a tool/scanner company were to surpass Autel products, we would recommend that new tool/"scanner" company. Autel's tools facilitate our computer/mechanical support services, pin code, etc.
Our service works through an application that would be installed directly in your tablet(s)/tool(s)/"scanner(s)" and/or via our website. Our mechanical/computer support services, Pin code, SGW license, are given to you directly via chat in your tool/tablet, note that very often our technicians will communicate via phone. Service charges apply when requesting support; 1 TXT key (token) charge for each remote support for the first 20 minutes, 1 additional TXT key (token) for each additional 10 minutes of support. We guarantee a response within 10 minutes of the request, note that 95% of requests are initiated within 2 minutes of the request. We hold a NAST AIR Lock Smith license which allows us to sell "PIN CODE" for reprogramming new vehicle keys. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00 pm Eastern (excluding holidays 2, unless otherwise posted on our news media);
